Both Horizon Of Khufu and Life Chronicles are presented with the following audio options: English, French, Spanish, and Mandarin. Subtitles are not available.

There is no live guide. The VR experience includes a virtual tour guide. Staff are available to answer questions.

We recommend purchasing your tickets through our online storefront. Walk-ups are also accepted, pending availability.

Yes! We offer customers the ability to reschedule their tickets up to 24 hours prior to the attendance at no extra cost.

If you wish to transfer ownership of your ticket to another person, you can do so from your Universe account. Tickets can only be transferred individually. Once you’ve transferred a ticket, we cannot undo the action. Any order with a transferred ticket will become non-refundable.

It is optional to print your ticket. Please make sure to have it with you either digitally or printed. We recommend digital proof of purchase.

No – We do not offer Gift Cards at this time.

Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. Hats and caps should be removed for the headset. Backpacks and handbags must be stored in lockers. Heels are not recommended.

No. Backpacks, including small ones, are not permitted inside the experience. Lockers are available for storage.

No – Food and drinks are not permitted during the experience. However, there are plenty of dining options nearby in Rosemont!

The experience may affect balance and is not suitable for individuals prone to vertigo, those with balance issues, or certain health conditions. It includes flashing lights and underwater scenes and may not be suitable for those sensitive to such content. Some participants may experience mild discomfort, disorientation, or motion sickness.

The experience can trigger vertigo. Canes and wheelchairs are available in limited quantities. Staff can assist as needed.

The manufacturer of the VR headset does not list any safety concerns for pregnant individuals. Medical consultation is advised if needed.

The experience is continuous. Staff can assist if a short break is needed. Accommodations can be made upon request before the experience starts.

Yes. Eyeglasses can be worn. Staff can assist with headset adjustments. Glasses with frames wider than 150 mm (5.9 inches) may not fit comfortably.

Subtitles or captions are not available. Hearing aids can be worn, but they do not connect to the VR headset.

Yes, both our main venue and expedition space are fully wheelchair accessible.

Complete your initial purchase – First, purchase your ticket(s) through our standard booking system
Submit a companion ticket request – Contact our support team through our accessibility request form, providing:
- Your original order confirmation number
- Event date and time
- Brief description of your mobility assistance needs
Receive your companion ticket – We’ll process your request and send the complimentary companion ticket directly to the email address used for your original purchase
